Shipping
All art prints are shipped in flat mailers with DO NOT BEND stickers, our customers report a 100% success rate with prints arriving in pristine condition!
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (during high volume times this may take a bit longer, and your patience is appreciated!).
Shipping is handled through USPS Ground Mail with tracking & insurance. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. and shipping times to Canada vary.
At this time, I offer shipping within the United States & Canada.
 
Damaged Art Prints
If your order arrives damaged from shipment, we will gladly provide a replacement of your products. To qualify for a replacement, please contact us (lakwehoflight@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damage, as well as a photo of your shipping receipt, and a clear photo of your tracking number/shipping label (if applicable). Replacements are free of charge and will be mailed to you at the soonest possible date!
 
Lost or Missing Packages
We insure all shipments of our products. If your package turns up lost, or if the contents are missing upon arrival, please reach out to us and we will be able to replace your products at no cost. We will need to you to provide photographic proof (we know it's silly but USPS requires us to show evidence of a package arriving empty!) for us to complete your replacement. We will submit a postal services claim and send out your new product as soon as possible.
