1. Agreement and Acceptance
By booking and receiving psychic and energy healing services from Lak’weh (Anastasia Maximov) via lakwehoflight.com (“Provider,” “we,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement. These services are intended for spiritual, personal, and entertainment purposes and do not constitute a substitute for professional medical, legal, or mental health care.
2. Nature of Services
Provider offers psychic readings, energy healing, spiritual consultations, and ritual guidance. These services are complementary and not meant to replace professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. No guarantees or warranties are made regarding the outcome or effectiveness of any session. You understand that all services are offered for spiritual and entertainment purposes only.
3. Non-Liability Disclaimer
Provider is not a licensed medical professional, attorney, or therapist. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional condition. Clients are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the content of a session. We disclaim liability for any consequences arising from the use or misuse of the information provided.
4. Right of Refusal
Lak’weh Anastasia reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at her sole discretion. This may be enacted to maintain the safety, integrity, and energetic boundaries of her offerings. No justification is required for exercising this right.
5. Rescheduling Policy
Lak’weh Anastasia may reschedule appointments due to emergencies, natural events, or other circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly to arrange a new time. Clients may reschedule sessions themselves up to three times without forfeiture. More than three reschedules will void the session without refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
To receive a 50% refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, though the session may be rescheduled. Missed appointments or 'no shows' may be rescheduled up to two times. After the second reschedule, the session is void.
7. Rights to Recordings
All recordings, including audio or video made by Lak’weh Anastasia during sessions, are the exclusive property of the Provider. Clients may not reproduce, share, or distribute these recordings without express written consent. They are confidential and solely for the personal use of the client.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients accept full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on their session. Provider does not guarantee outcomes and is not accountable for client choices or consequences thereof.
9. Mental Health Statement
Clients affirm they are in stable emotional and psychological condition to receive energy healing or spiritual consultation. Clients with mental health conditions are urged to seek guidance from a qualified healthcare provider.
10. Confidentiality
All identifying information (names, city/state client lives in) shared in a session is confidential and will not be disclosed without client consent, except as required by law.
11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Pennsylvania.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
