These vinyl-printed stickers are safe for gentle washing in the sink, but please don't run them through the dishwasher! Weather-resistant but not weather-proof. Best for indoor use where they can be admired safely on objects you care for!
Sticker-only orders come sealed in a rigid mailer & are shipped separately from tshirts, crewnecks, mugs, and notebooks. If you order any of our art prints your stickers will be shipped alongside them in the same mailer.
Disclaimer: Our art prints are made with exceptional ink quality so be aware that our stickers may appear slightly less punchy (if you are ordering both) although we have chosen a beautiful depiction of this painting! All stickers & art prints are shipped separately from our other products (t-shirts, crewnecks, notebooks, mugs, etc). If you order only stickers, they will arrive in a small rigid sticker-safe mailer. If you also order art prints, your stickers will arrive in the same package as them (rigid art-safe mailer!)
Orders are shipped Wednesdays & Fridays barring extremely busy days/extreme weather/illness (so please excuse us if there are any delays! Because our shipment department has 1 employee, Lak'weh)
Shipping is handled through USPS Ground Shipping or if you are in Canada we will choose the option that best fits your order (generally UPS or FedEx due to current postal strikes)

If you are outside of North America and would like to order, please contact us to tell us the exact copies of your order you'd like to make and send us an address that's deliverable. All sticker sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds after an order has been sent out, however we are able to offer free replacements for products arriving damaged.
Damaged Stickers
If your order arrives damaged from shipment, we will gladly provide a replacement of your products. To qualify for a replacement, please contact us (at lakwehoflight@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damage, as well as a photo of your shipping receipt, and a clear photo of your tracking number/shipping label (if applicable). Replacements are free of charge and will be mailed to you at the soonest possible date.Lost or Missing Packages
We insure all shipments of stickers, prints, and all the products we carry. If your package turns up lost, or if the contents are missing upon arrival, please reach out to us and we will be able to replace your products at no cost. We will need to you to provide photographic proof (we know it's silly but USPS requires us to show evidence of a package arriving empty!) for us to complete your replacement. We will submit a postal services claim and send out your new product as soon as possible.
